Shipping policy

 

Free shipping on all orders over $70. All other orders are subject to a flate-rate fee of $11.95 CAD.

All orders ship from Ontario, Canada via Canada Post or UPS within 3 business days depending on your order size and location. If you cannot have your package delivered with one of these couriers, please note in your order or reach out to us and we will do our best to ship with the other courier.

If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, you may be subject to re-ship fees.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over transit times or potential delays. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues that may occur during the shipping process.
