If a product was purchased from our online store and you want to return it for a reason other than damage, please contact us at contactus@humangear.ca

If you purchased from our online store and your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

NOTE: We will cover return shipping costs/provide a return label for orders that arrive with damaged, incorrect, or missing items. All other return requests are subject to return shipping fees.
